Stop in Wednesday and pick up a few things needed to sew up those holiday gifts.  There's a cute apron panel - printed like a Santa suit.  Make an apron for everyone who will be working out in the kitchen in December!

Lots of panel kits, precut and just ready to sit down and sew.  We have wildlife and flannel, Noah's Ark panel and coordinating fabric for crib quilts.

Making good progress on things up north.  House inspection was Monday; septic, termite, asbestos, lead paint, mold, general household, Radon, and well.  Radon test and water cultures will be read in a few days; everything else passed inspection.  A tag sale is advertised for Friday and Saturday.  When I first started sorting, I made a pile to keep, one for the Good Will, one for the tag sale, one to sell online, and one for the dumpster.  Every day I go back to the "pile to keep," change my mind and the pile quickly moves to the Good Will or tag sale.  The boxes of photos will be digitized and put on disc, easy to share with family.  I believe Mom kept every card and letter she ever received!  It's been fun looking through some of those things before being relegated to the dumpster.  Of course she was not online, so there were boxes of cancelled checks, bank statements, utility bills, etc. to shred and discard.  My brother wanted to just throw everything into the dumpster; then we would have missed a few nuggets.  Did we keep everything found?  No, but it was interesting to read and gave a broader picture of our parents thoughts and lives.

Besides liquidating the estate, I have been playing computer geek; installed printers for both brothers, loaded up office software for spreadsheets and word processing, and helped Jim do online ordering.  Leaves are not coloring quickly, the weather has been so dry the leaves are wilting and falling off the trees.  Looking forward to closing in the next week or so and get back to Florida.

See you soon.  Don't forget to stop in and take advantage of the Wednesday bargains.
